As I understand it the gate is locked at 7pm, but someone should be around to let you in, but you may have to walk to the picnic area unless you can call someone (which is apparently a hit an miss affair). Depending on how I feel after my flights, I may wait until Friday morning. But the current plan is to drive up Thursday evening.
