Email the folks at GFM and tell them when you will be getting in. They will 
tell you how to do it, it may have changed since last years Camera Clinic.

Also, a recommendation. If you come up US-321, avoid US-221 or the Parkway in 
the dark (unless you are a very experienced mountain driver, like thrills, or 
are willing to drive 20-25mph). Come up into Boone and take NC-105 to and 
backtrack the two miles up 221 to GFM.
