So he is a lurker? I don't guess I would have sent the item to someone whose name I did not recognize before receiving the payment. Especially with an international sale. Which seems to be what you are warning about, correct?
If and when you are absolutely sure he is not going to pay you, post his name. Although if he is a scammer, he will use a different name next time.
