Looks like a five-fold plan to move ahead without the Hoya merger, 
concentrating on the core of cameras, medical imaging and optical 
components; spinning off/selling off non-core businesses (like printers) 
and simplifying the management structure to speed up product development 
and reaction to changing markets; closing some older factories while 
moving people into the core business where they can be more effective.

One thing it looks like is there's going to be an emphasis on 
strengthening US market penetration.
