The AF360FGZ unit only has simple vertical movement for bounce. The AF540FGZ unit has both swivel and vertical movements.
Check them out on the B&H website: a much more succinct and informative delineation of features and specifications than on the Pentax site. I would not buy a flash of this type without a swivel head.
