It's been so long since I originally set the
parameters for my ColorVision spyder that I can't
remember the why's and wherefore's of my settings.
Much of it was probably recommended settings based on
the controls of the monitor.

Your gray scale looks good on my MAC, though. All of
the strips stand out (just as they do in the
calibration process with the Spyder). My prints also
look good compared to my monitor but especially so
when I use the correct profiles I created with the
ColorVision spectrocolorimeter.
