HUH? are you saying USA posted speed limits under 55 are not the law?

Why does every department of transportation spend uncounted millions of 
dollars putting up yellow recommended speed signs, for instance, a speed
of 
45 mph around a curve, when the speed limit is in reality 55?  Becuase
they 
would like to suggest a slower speed, but it's not a law.

Because, believe it or not, every single action and protocol is not
mandated 
by a law somewhere and they do not require the force of a law.  They are
not 
that important.
