NO YOU DONT "GET IT". If a film is released theatrically
LATER outside the USA, and many are, then the DVD
for that region would have to be released later or
the entire world would have to wait for the
global theatrical distribution to complete before
a non region coded "global" DVD could be released.

Come on JCO.  Are you just not getting it, on purpose?  DVD releases do
not 
NEED to be delayed.  Consumers do not derive ANY benefit from the region

coding.
