They shouldn't be surprised that their wanting to change the basic operation of that company is met with resistance. Pentax isn't beholden to Sparx. Sparx may think, in retrospect, that they made a bad investment, but they made the investment with their eyes open. They always have the option of selling their shares in the company if things aren't going their way.
