It would appear that Sparx has become a liability from the POV of Pentax.

What it should be showing you is that there is a marked disconnect between 
the amount of profit the camera marketplace can generate vs. what Sparx, as 
a shareholder wants it to generate. Pentax would do well to divest itself of 
shareholders like Sparx as quickly as possible.
