I've been disappointed with Lexar products the past year or so. Not as good on performance as similarly priced and spec'ed Sandisk.
If you want to see the capture speed of the K10D with a Transcend 45x card, take a look at the QuickTime videos I put on my timing test page: http://homepage.mac.com/godders/Pentax-DS-150x-timing/ They can give you a feel for what the camera will do when working in- buffer and will the buffer full.
