For 1959 Bourgogne (and the specific utensils in the above) I would think cellar (brick or stone walls with mortar showing) to be good background. Useful accessories may be polished silver dishes or a crystal/glass decanter (half-filled with potentially different red wine perhaps?). Maybe remove the dust as well and use more lounge-style background in that case. I am also wondering if a full-on, lower shooting-point would work. Please keep posting!
