That's not necessarily unprofessional. A couple of my company's
clients are among the biggest and best-known companies in the world.
Each of them periodically complains to me that our emails are not
reaching them in a reasonable time. Each time they complain I ask them
to return some examples including the mime headers for analysis. Do
they ever send them? No. So even the biggest companies in the world
can have crap email systems.
