Interesting question. If I were traveling, I'd probably have taken the 
picture anyway. Could still be useful for some purposes. 

If the location was some place nearby that I can visit any time I'd 
wait for better light.

I've just been working on a project for a client and found myself being 
really thankful of my own personal stock library, which includes many 
shots I wasn't sure were good enough to archive at the time.
