Considering the
crop/magnification factor of the Pentax DSLR's, a 200mm lens = a 300mm 
lens (Let's not get into the argument about this, please).  So, would 
one ideally shoot at 1/300 second hand held?

That is the advice I am seeing. But I suspect that for lenses up to 75 
mm or so, an experienced, steady shooter can probably just use the old 
reciprocal rule. Long telephotos may be another matter.

Some of my handheld shots with the A 50 F1.2 were taken at 1/30.
