Photoshop runs pretty well under Linux using Crossover Office (http://www.codeweavers.com/products/cxoffice/). Linux is actually becoming a decent platform for photo editing - with Crossover, you can use Photoshop; there's a native Linux version of Bibble; and while GIMP isn't Photoshop, it is quite powerful.
