That's the difference between "Linux is becoming a decent platform for photo editing" and "Linux is a professional-quality photo editing platform". I tried to choose my words carefully... <grin> Color management in Linux is a weak spot for photo work, though, I'll agree. Projects like Little CMS and Argyll CMS are very promising, but more applications need to support them and better overall integration/configuration is needed.
