That's interesting because I found Ilford's profile for their Smooth
Gloss paper was absolutely spot-on for my Epson 2200.

Well, I should clarify, because the 870 was an early model, the smaller
version of the 1270. Higher-priced models probably had specific
profiles. For printers without profiles, the "profile" consisted of
instructions to decrease magenta, if needed. After a lot of
experimenting I found a setting that was good. Then (a) the prints
wouldn't seem to dry, (b) Ilford discontinued their lovely semi-gloss
paper, and (c) Ilford's help desk wouldn't respond to my queries about
replacement papers. So I just gave it up.
