Running: Good for you. It's out of the question for me, unfortunately. I have an arthritic hip and a bad knee. Too much impact in running. I took up bicycling again this summer, though, which my body is quite happy to deal with. :-)
Pentax sighting: Was at Fry's Electronics and found they had a Pentax *ist D, *ist DL, K100D and Samsung GX on the shelf. Pentax DA18-55 and S-K 18-55 lenses, Pentax DA50-200 too. Not bad. They also had a Panasonic L1 with the Leica lens on the shelf. I played with that for a little bit. Very nice feel ... but very expensive at $2000.
