Oh, it's easy to buy here as well, but there's a certain amount of fun involved in making your own, as well as control of the ingredients and having the ability to modify the taste to one's own preferences. For example, I found one recipe that involves the use of flavored vinegars. I'm not going to use that for the first batch, however.
