I've been looking for some Gari (the pickled ginger eaten with sushi)
recipes and have found a couple on the web, and one in an old Japanese cook
book that I have.  I'm wondering if anyone here has a recipe for the stuff,
or even some preparation suggestions.  I've enough info to start making my
own right now, but it would be nice to know about some other options before
making my first batch later in the week.
