The TinyURL below didn't work properly, but I looked it up directly. They supply the MicroMate reader packaged with SDHC card products at present as well as separately, $20. I'm sure it does well, and handles both SD and SDHC.
Maxell has a 5-in-1 that is SDHC compatible. Kingston is releasing a 15-in-1. And Panasonic has the BN-SDCJP3 SDHC Card Reader which reads them too. That's all I've found to date. If I get an SDHC card anytime soon, I'll likely get a Sandisk with the MicroMate reader. But I'll more likely wait for the ImageMate 12-in-1 to be updated. It's the best performing card reader I've found to date, and I'm not finding myself constrained by 2G capacity cards at present.
