No you are wrong.  Dynamic range determines how small a signal you can
detect in the presence of a larger signal.   Bit depth determine
dynamic range.  If is a matter of definition and not open to
interpretation.

Do yourself a favor and do some research before you start making
statements that are wrong.  You are only making a fool of yourself.
Stick to the K/M arguments.
