Ditto. I will probably sell my DA 50-200 and DA 16-45 when the new  
lenses are introduced. But in the meantime, they serve quite well in  
the manner you describe. I sometimes supplement them with a good  
midrange prime like the FA 35/2 or FA 50/1.5, but at 6 megapixel  
resolution, all of the lenses generally outperform the camera. The  
primes are taken more for their low-light capability than their  
resolution. I'm anxious to see how the K10D changes this equation.
