Tom, here is a sample of one I shot a couple years ago of Comet Neat Q4 next to the Beehive (M-44). It was taken with my ZX-5n and a 350mm f/5.5 T-mount lens. I think the exposure was only a few minutes on iso 800 Fuji Color Neg film. I had a C-8 on a CI-700 mount then to guide with. Now I have a much smaller mount and a 5" f/6.5 refractor. It may be good enough to trach for a few minutes. Might give it a try in the morning if it clears up!
