You don´t know, I don´t know, but I would have been surprised if  
nobody at Pentax hasn´t tried it.

Anyway, what I do know is this:
FA100mm 2.8 macro and A*135 1.8 are not as great on APS size digital  
as on film and they´d probably be even worse on FF dslr, while others  
perform as usual.
DA14 and DA21 perform better on APS dslr than their FOV counterparts  
did on film so with an exception for a 15mm FOV counterpart I get  
better wide angles with APS sensors.

Would I spend lots on money (FF is and will always be much more  
expencive than APS) on the chance that some old lens would be as good  
on FF dslr as it used to be on film? NO!  I prefer a cropped 645 lens  
on a 645D.

So to me FF is not an issue regarding old lenses.
