As far a ducking questions go, a bunch of mine went unanswered too.
How about this one? If pentax removed the aperture cam to sell new
Lenses, then why did they add GB after the fact?

They cant seem to make up their mind. If they really want to sell
New lenses, then they should drop GB too. If they really want
To support K/M, then they should put the stupid $5 part back in
There and charge for it. They are really being plain out stupid
On the whole issue with the "kludge" "solution".

Answer the question ... the question was "How many K or M series lenses
have you bought brand new in the box from a retailer?" I also asked you
two similar questions, neither of which you answered So, for the last
time, in even simpler terms, over the years, how many new K and M lenses
have you purchased from a retailer? Don't duck the issue.

BTW, it seems that the resale value of the older lenses is holding up
quite
well. The fact that they can be used on the DSLR bodies seems to have
strengthened their value.
