I had Earthlink dialup for a long time which was fine. When I converted that to Earthlink DSL... it sucked. Worst service (dropped out at least 2 days a week) and the worst customer service of all time. They refused to look at the long list of trouble tickets I logged and come up with a solution. I switched to Verizon DSL and had the same connection problems. The difference is that Verizon was willing (and able) to fix it.
