Given it's 1/3 of a stop slower, but less expensive than the FA 20/2.8 (About 2/3rds the cost) and a third the size, I really can't see the complaints about the 21 DA. The 70 is quite reasonable too, giving me a replacement for one of my favourite lenses (My 100 f2.8 Series E). The 40 on the other hand is neither fish nor fowl on digital.
