Aaron started it with his excitement about the 22-bit A/D processor, but for others there's an entire shopping list full of features that many have been hoping for. Individually they're not necessarily big deal, but collectively, in one package at what seems to be a very good price, is definitely something to get excited about, imo. For myself, Shake Reduction, the 22-bit processor, rear remote control, bigger/faster buffer, ability to shoot DNG, pentaprism finder, dust/water resistance, and backward and forward lens compatibility really make this a great package, and the price makes it affordable, and, therefore, even more exciting.
