I have 4-5.6 IF variety... I really like its build quality and very
pleasant damping of focus ring. I am generally clumsy so that I often
have slight problems with attaching the hood backwards when lens is in
storage. I notice no significant zoom creep.

However, image quality of this lens is, well, just good, nothing
spectacular. This is solid consumer grade 28-105 zoom lens. It flares
slightly more than I would expect from Pentax lens, but it has great
many pieces of glass in it. I should say that I've taken it with me to
Norway, but it saw no use at all.

It will be probably the first lens to go if I had to sell lenses now.

Yet, I made some wery good pictures with it.

Oh, one last thing - it has really fast AF speed.
