This is an un-moderated list and as such threads often devolve to off topic screeds. If you have questions just ask. Someone here probably knows the answer. If you have an on topic observation, make it, you'll start a discussion. Otherwise there will be a lot of "noise" on the channel until someone brings up a topic you're interested in.
