People pay too much on eBay every day. I was watching 10 auctions from the same vendor for identical items. They went for:
$4 $7 $3 $19 $54 $25 $10 $7 $5 $5 Also, people may have "heard" that the lens was discontinued and paid more for it without checking. I am honestly not lying about this -- if you want these lenses they are available as new old stock from Pentax. E-mail me privately and I'll tell you the name of a dealer who will do international mail order. The lens you will get will be new but probably ten years old.
