It's supported the DS since about a year ago, but you should certainly get the latest revision to be sure that the DS2/DL2 are supported. Vuescan's user interface is in a different idiom. Many hate it, I find it somewhat obtuse. However, I've gotten so accustomed to what Ed means with his different settings that I hardly notice it anymore. It errs in the diametrically opposite way from Pentax LAB ... you have explicit control of too many parameters, where Lab offers not enough over only a few.
