I can't think of much that the LX does that the D can't do, but there is a  
lot that the D can do which the LX can't.

It's not so robust, though.

Because it has a very limited range of adjustments, and if you want to  
process a batch, every picture has to have the same (limited)  
adjustments.  In P1C1, you can specify different parameters for every  
image if you wish, but they will still be processed as a batch in the  
background, and meanwhile you can get to work on some more pictures.

Just DL a trial copy and see for yourself.
