I guess if even Cotty went to RAW .... :) I do need to get a card reader anyway - but I'm greatly relieved to hear from both you and Peter about this - Thanks so much! I don't think I need to do it all the time but probably will ahve to get into it eventually. I haven't seen a marked difference between RAW and JPG in the few things I shot both ways at GFM last year - but that may just be a funciton of my eyes. Thanks, both of you! ann > +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ > Brian Walters > Western Sydney, Australia > > Quoting Ann Sanfedele <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: > > > Before I ordered the DS I called Pentax to ask a couple of > > questions.... > > could it deliver the size and resolution I wanted in prints > > (that the stock agency asked for) > > and was the DS compatible with Windows 98 SE - (Second > > edition) > > > > Answer to both questions was yes.... > > > > Then Shel pointed me to this - > > > > > > http://www.pentaxslr.com/bodies/dlFaq#category5 > > > > > > I might have to breakdown and install the windoze 2000 > > upgrade that has been sitting in the > > drawer for 5 years... > > > > OTOH - maybe the only reason Windoze 98 SE isn't in the > > list on the site Shel pointed me to > > is that the writer didn't think anyone had it anymore.... > > > > sigh.... > > > > ann > > > > -- > > PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List > > [email protected] > > http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net > > > > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- > This is a Bluebottle email protected by the Trusted Delivery authenticated > security system. > For more information please visit http://www.bluebottle.com > > -- > PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List > [email protected] > http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
