I happened to be over near the shop today and was curious so I
stopped in. They had the Slik 813 and 814 models. The 813/814 are
roughly equivalent to the Manfrotto 055 models, but simpler and with
a less sophisticated column setup. The 803/804 must be the older
model in this weight.
Overall not bad, but a bit crude compared to the Manfrottos. Probably
just fine for $150.

doing macro, and they're sturdy enough for what I need now. A
little pricey but I like the column design and leg locks.
