I like it, although I echo the comments of others WRT the sharpness
(or rather, the lack thereof).
I also have something of a prejudice against longish exposures to make
the water "flow". I don't know why, I just find it somewhat
cliche-ish. But that's just me, and I do have to admit that sometimes
it's done well, and can be effective.
This one's done fairly well. <g>
