Juan,
I wonder about books in this digital age.
Two suggestions:
1)  Sell a virtual book of images...low production costs.
2)  Don't do a book, try a BOX of display images.
     There is a local scrapbook store that sells boxes.
     Sell a boxed portfolio of your photos.
