NO, but it's not only DA lenses that have lost the aperture ring, I won't
touch the FA-J lenses
The FA J series seems like a dead-end to me. Of the three that do exist,
the FA J 18-35 is great fun on film, for little money. I can heartily
recommend it, if you have a suitable film body. Or just buy an MZ-50 for
it ;-)
For the other FA J's there are F- and FA- alternatives with a great
reputation to be found for a similar price. So I would not touch them
anyway...
