Raw Shooter problem

Help! I've had a bit of a disaster and have installed a new system hard 
drive and fresh virgin XP Pro. I installed RawShooterEssentials and it 
loaded 20 pictures from the RAW directory. They appeared to be okay for 
a few moments, but then one after the other, they all turned a ghastly 
shade of pink and turquoise. I can't find out what has gone wrong but 
realize it must be trivial. Everything is the same -- the row of 
'thumbs' at the top as well as the image in the window. I've tried a few 
times. The Pentax browser shows the pictures perfectly.
