I think perhaps something got stuck under the button. You may be able to
locate it your self. Or it may need to be disassembled. Find a cheap repair
guy - or wait for the right PDML answer!!!!

The only problem I had was a missing earth connection with bottom plate. I
scaped off some paint. Bingo.
I'm sure someone here knows how to take it apart - and put it back together
again.
Some PDML'er are VERY skilled, so I have noticed!
It's a very nice camera - one of the best Pentaxes ever (European Camera of
the Year 1983, I believe).
A very versatile work horse. I (sadly) sold mine to finance my "D". The
other one I gave to my daughter who still has it.
Somehow the MZ-S is built around the same user concept. And I got a prestine
specimen of one of this one now :-)

Emne: If anyone can still help with a SuperProgram problem...

I've got a SuperProgram that I admit has been in my bag for a long while
since I've had my DS around. Anyways, I decided to use it last night.
Turned it on, shot some pictures. Now here's my problem: I can't switch
it back to the locked position. It seems like the grey button you press
as you slide it back to L (or into 125x or Bulb) won't press down. (I
can switch between Auto-shutter and Manual modes, but you never had to
press the grey button to change between those).

Anybody have any clue if there's a remedy for this? This is my
first/favourite camera and it would be a real shame to me if it was
stuck like this.

Thanks everybody.
