Cholland, I sent this to the list before, but here it is again. Take the switch around the shutter button off of the camera and look under it. The grey button is held up by a small spring. The spring is bent and fouling the track for the button to be pressed down or switch to rotate. Pull the spring out, stretch it a bit, and chop the ruined part off. All this can be accomplished by removing the collar on the switch, the part that surrounds the shutter release button. Regards, Bob S.
