Jon, My genius brother designed the tester and sold a number of them a few years ago for $600. Because I did some leg work and helped develop the market, he gave me one of his early versions. It's still providing a security blanket when I need it. Knowing my brother's penchant for quality and dependability in electronic products, (Electrical Engineer) I imagine it's still right on. So far as a meter is concerned, check a couple meters against each other and decide which is right by flipping a coin. Seriously, if I have a chance and don't forget, I'll ask a couple people I know about a meter tester and pass it along.
