Ann - thanks for looking & commenting.

I think I saw this photo as a print last year at
Grandfather MOuntain - yes, Ken?
What I had @ GFM was from the same shoot but not this particular image.

I'm not crazy about shots from planes, either -
which , once you say it is desert,
one thinks of an aerial view.

Actually this was shot by me with both feet on the ground along side a main road. The lens was more or less horizontal & I was shooting off into the distance.

Hi,

It loks certainly very artistic. I'd never thought of sand dunes if you
hadn't mentioned it. How on Earth did you get that color? Was it
reflected light or a photoshop job?

I think its a nice piece of artistic graphics (photos can be that way
sometimes) but as a desert picture? I don't know?

Cheers,

Ronald

I have trouble with this one... if it is a part of
abstracts in nature series
and you didn't tell us where it was, i'd probably
admire the framing, light,
texture, sharpness, etc.. or as part of a "what
is it" series - but it looks
more like a tight shot of bones or something...

A long way around to say it doesn't grab me :)
