Welcome Keith, I know it is difficult at times to keep up with the list but the folks here are very knowledgeable and very entertaining. They will also help you spend a lot of money of new gear if you are not careful.
I enjoyed your photos very much. They are similar to what I like to take. As a scientist I think we look at things somewhat differently than others. Perry.
