Hello Kevin,

So what kind of repair is done?  Reload the firmware?  Is it a bug
based on type of sequences performed?  I am curious.  Doesn't seem to
be related to durability as you originally stated.  At least most of
us were thinking of some kind of hardware failure.

Flash not firing almost sounds like a contact like problem, though.
Anyway, any more info you care to share would be most interesting.
