This thread has been discussed to death half a dozen times over the past two
years, the whole thing is interchangable with each "new" version.
So yes, we have already discussed and argued this point, over and over and
over again.
I expect it will discuss and argued this point again by the new year.
Anyway, the debate should more realistically be not necessarily whether it
there was a need to drop K/M support, but rather whether it was pressingly
necessary to keep it.
