Paul, you da man! John Coyle Brisbane, Australia ========== Ditto. Well, I haven't rescued a shot, but the idea of turning of the brightness never occurred to me. Duh. I will have to try it sometime on a dark shot. Which leads me to a question, Paul, is there any particular book on photoshopping (as a verb) that you like/recommend? I am starting an Elements 3 class. Finally getting down to learning more of this stuff. After that I will tackle Photoshop. But probably do that on my own. Marnie the born again Pentaxian
