Thanks, frank! I'm still flip-flopping about it. On the one hand I like it
because it is kind of "surreal", like the kind of dream where you can't see
very well because the sun is in your eyes. On the other hand, I don't like
it because it is so unnatural. My goal is always to catch birds in, and
interacting with, the natural environment.
In this case I decided to try something different and see what kind of
reaction I'd get. Except for "Cotty" (if that's his real name!), the
reaction has been very positive (discounting the jab at my choice of gear)
which I really wasn't expecting.
